About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Meta and Google Ads accounts: strategy, video briefs, static creative generation, reporting, and scaling
Set up and run email marketing (Klaviyo, Hello Email or similar)
Coordinate and implement shop and landing page optimizations
Automate recurring client tasks using AI
Maintain clean project management per client and keep oversight so nothing slips through
Actively grow existing accounts: identify what’s needed next, propose solutions, and sell (cross- and upsell)
Translate our consulting knowledge into AI workflows, SOPs, and video guides.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience at an e‑commerce agency or as a marketer in a D2C brand
Hands‑on knowledge of what makes strong ads, effective shops, persuasive copy, and high‑converting landing pages — you can assess quality and insist on standards, not just execute
Solid project management: handle multiple clients in parallel without tasks falling behind
Confident in direct client contact with a knack for selling—you recognize what a client needs next and bring it up
Structured, independent working style
Genuine interest in and experience with AI: not just having used ChatGPT once, but real enthusiasm for rebuilding and improving online marketing with AI.
