About the role
- Personnel, organizational and technical management of shaft production
- IT-supported configuration of concrete shafts and structures
- Scheduling/assignment of custom production orders into production and production control
- Ongoing schedule tracking and coordination with construction sites
- Quality control
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a bricklayer (mason) or concrete worker
- Ideally supplemented by further training as a technician or a comparable qualification
- Ideally several years of professional experience
