About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide executive leadership on technology strategy and long-term direction
Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities and growth objectives
Identify opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency, and enhanced client delivery across the AEC business
Guide the evaluation and evolution of systems, infrastructure, and digital capabilities
Support the organization through change, growth, and transformation initiatives
Maintain awareness of AEC industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or executive education preferred
20+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including executive-level responsibility
Demonstrated experience shaping and executing enterprise technology strategy within complex organizations, preferably within the AEC industry
Experience leading large-scale initiatives such as digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, or system implementations
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology strategy to operational and financial outcomes
Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence at the highest levels of the organization
Experience within engineering, professional services, or similarly complex industries preferred
