Partner with the Corporate Innovation team to support company-wide application initiatives and engineering consultant projects
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI applications, interactive dashboards, and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into intuitive, high-impact data solutions
Build and optimize robust data models to ensure performance, accuracy, and usability
Support project teams in tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics through reporting tools
Contribute to project estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost trend analysis
Lead and facilitate Power BI training sessions, empowering teams to better leverage data tools
Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language
Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling best practices
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide users at varying skill levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting budgets and deadlines
