Engineer

• Serve as the corporate expert for DCS, PLC, SIS, and advanced process control systems
• Develop, maintain, and roll out corporate automation standards and best practices
• Lead control system upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
• Support site engineers with troubleshooting, tuning, network issues, and system performance
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, IT, and Engineering across multiple locations
• Oversee system integrators, review design packages, and validate control logic
• Contribute to capital projects ensuring automation strategy is aligned with safety, reliability, and business needs
• Drive cybersecurity compliance and automation lifecycle management
• Mentor and train site controls/automation personnel
