About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning the customer’s experience and ensuring a positive impact on their day
- Completing administration required to make the Service Centre run seamlessly
- Adding value to the customer and identifying opportunities to boost store performance
- Working with insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money
- Delighting customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small repairs
- Shuttling vehicles to and from the repair shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in helping people, preferably in retail, hospitality, or tourism
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Capability to work at different Belron Canada locations within the specified geographic area
