About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.
- Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
- Greet customers at the service center.
- Accompany clients according to their needs.
- Complete billing.
- Support technicians during installation and repairs, clean and vacuum cars.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Hold a valid drivers’ license
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20km
