About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You enthusiastically convince your customers of suitable insurance solutions.
- Your success is reflected in successful policy signings and in acquiring new customers.
- You keep track even after a contract: you regularly check whether the coverage still fits your customers' life situation.
- In the event of a claim or benefit case, you are the first point of contact and provide advice and practical support.
- You provide flexible advice — in the agency, on-site, or from the home office.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A successfully completed vocational training or proof of the IHK or BWV professional competence examination as "Versicherungsfachmann / Versicherungsfachfrau" (insurance specialist) is required.
- Alternatively, we also welcome career changers with commercial training and an affinity for sales.
- Strong enthusiasm for selling and an interest in modern digital sales tools.
- A confident, friendly and persuasive manner is expected.
