About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing key customer accounts, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service and effective leadership
- Building strong customer relationships, delivering product solutions, and optimizing operational processes to meet sales objectives
- Developing and growing key customer accounts through consultative selling, strategic business development, and regular on-site customer visits
- Leveraging a consultative sales approach to identify customer challenges and deliver equipment, technology, and service solutions
- Executing strategic territory and account plans to maximize customer engagement, sales opportunities, and market penetration
- Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, and market share objectives within an assigned territory
- Driving equipment replacement cycles and cultivating future sales opportunities through proactive customer outreach and long-term account planning
- Representing the company in the sale of equipment, parts, labor, and technology-based products and services
- Monitoring competitive activity and market conditions to identify opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete sales, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Actively participating in local and regional industry associations to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer relationship skills with current and future decision-makers
- Equipment sales experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
