About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for various projects, including research, analysis, and selection of investment funds
- Select the best funds to implement investment ideas across various asset classes
- Monitor fund investments post-selection and evaluate fund performance
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on fund performance and investment opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain fund selection decisions
- Attend meetings with fund managers and industry conferences to gather insights and build relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced qualification (MBA, CFA) preferred
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Passionate about financial markets
- Strong interest in sustainability
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data
- Familiarity with financial modeling and investment analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and/or Dutch
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Experience analyzing fixed-income funds and private market funds is highly desirable
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Data processing skills are an asset
- Knowledge of Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, Sustainalytics, or experience using these tools is an asset
