About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and develop the Ropes 360 operations team, fostering a high-performance, safe, and collaborative environment.
- Manage client service delivery, ensuring services are executed according to established quality, safety, schedule, and cost standards.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the execution of onshore and offshore services, ensuring appropriate use of resources and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate team embarkation and debarkation logistics, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and operational requirements.
- Manage work schedules, shifts, rest periods, and leave entitlement, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and regulations applicable to offshore operations.
- Monitor operational, safety, productivity, quality, and cost indicators, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures as needed.
- Manage the area's operational budget, tracking costs, identifying variances, and proposing measures to ensure expected financial results.
- Support the commercial team in client relations, technical visits, and the development of new business opportunities.
- Ensure availability and proper maintenance of equipment used in operations, in coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of operations, including documentation, licenses, permits, and requirements applicable to the base and executed activities.
- Review and approve operational reports, inspections, and technical documentation, ensuring information quality and adherence to standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management, technical services, inspections, or related areas.
- Experience managing onshore and offshore operations and services.
- Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to offshore operations.
- Experience in operational planning, resource management, and cost control.
- Experience monitoring performance indicators and results.
- Experience in client and supplier relationship management and support for business development.
- Experience with inspections and cargo handling and lifting equipment.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgetary control.
- Familiarity with logistics processes, procurement, and supplier management.
- Leadership and team development profile, with decision-making ability, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
