About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing process
- Specifying and defining the process and the product specification
- Data collection and analysis for monitoring plant overall processability
- On-line process control and problem solving
- Technical training program for new employees
- Documentation and control of updated documents
- Provide technical support to customers including complaint analysis

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy or Production
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Process department of a manufacturing company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels and teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Basic leadership or team coordination experience
