About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing the Source to Pay process from end-to-end
Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Source to Pay process
Stakeholder Management
Ensure strong liaison between GBS, Business, and functions
Define, monitor, and report the process performance against metrics and KPIs
Drive a continuous improvement culture within GBS
Control and Compliance
Be the point of contact for global projects such as M&A with integration support

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree
5+ years post qualification experience
Strong understanding of the End-to-End concept and relevant process
Strong Systems, Data, and IT technical skills
Experience within SAP environment and automation / digitalization
Experience in leading change processes
Strong process excellence, continuous improvement and customer service mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Open mind with ability to constantly challenge the statu quo
Fluent in English and preferably additional language
