About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high‑quality rope inspection, maintenance, and associated service activities across our expanding European operations.
Provide clear technical reporting, defect identification, and recommendations to support asset integrity and safe operations.
Represent the company professionally on client sites, maintaining strong safety culture and customer focus at all times.
Perform on-site rope services including: Rope inspection, Rope installation, replacement and removal, Splicing and socketing support, Rope handling, reeving and tensioning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in steel wire rope inspection
Strong knowledge of steel wire rope construction, failure modes and inspection criteria
Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain valid offshore survival certification (e.g., BOSIET or GWO) and the associated fitness‑to‑work medical required for offshore travel
Comfortable working independently in the field
Experience with relevant inspection standards (e.g. ISO, EN, OEM guidelines)
