About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and tooling solutions
  • Lead automation and continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Drive smooth industrialization of new products to serial production
  • Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Work Instructions
  • Analyze production data, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Optimize process layouts, capacity, and workflow to ensure operational stability
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure robust and reliable processes
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or relevant industry equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
  • Strong understanding of machining, parts production, and automation processes
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
  • Knowledge of PFMEA and Process Control Plans
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong ownership
  • Independent, innovative, and improvement-driven personality
