About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for all financial management and accounting activities across SWS Americas
- Analyze costs of materials, processes, and labor
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Oversee monthly close and reporting
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors
- Evaluate and approve capital investments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to think strategically and align regional financial planning with overall business objectives
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
- CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Previous management experience with a team of direct reports
