About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for all financial management and accounting activities across SWS Americas
Analyze costs of materials, processes, and labor
Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Oversee monthly close and reporting
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
Manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors
Evaluate and approve capital investments

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Ability to think strategically and align regional financial planning with overall business objectives
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus
Proven leadership and team development capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Previous management experience with a team of direct reports
