About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and manage OpEx projects from initiation to completion, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Implement initiatives that support Bekaert’s sustainability goals and reduce the environmental impact of operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements across various departments
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with OpEx standards
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on OpEx principles and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on local or regional operations
  • Master's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a relevant field
