BMS Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and manage OpEx projects from initiation to completion, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Implement initiatives that support Bekaert’s sustainability goals and reduce the environmental impact of operations
- Identify and implement process improvements across various departments
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with OpEx standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide training and guidance to teams on OpEx principles and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on local or regional operations
- Master's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a relevant field
