About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
Lead and manage OpEx projects from initiation to completion, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Implement initiatives that support Bekaert’s sustainability goals and reduce the environmental impact of operations
Identify and implement process improvements across various departments
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with OpEx standards
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
Provide training and guidance to teams on OpEx principles and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on local or regional operations
Master's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a relevant field
