About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the effective operation, continuous improvement, and transparency of the Group’s risk management and internal control environment
- Work closely with corporate and business stakeholders
- Maintain the Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
- Coordinate and support group-wide and business unit risk reviews
- Prepare management reporting on key risks and mitigation progress
- Maintain the Group risk and control framework
- Support the execution of control self-assessments
- Promote a strong risk and control culture
- Build effective working relationships with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business functions
- Contribute to standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, internal control, audit, or finance processes
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence, data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Exposure to ERP and reporting systems (e.g. S/4Hana or similar) is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
