About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the entire finance & accounting function for BIPL and BESPL
Ensure accurate and timely financial closures
Maintain compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax and other regulations
Lead all audit processes
Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management
Govern intercompany transactions
Deliver high-quality financial reporting to headquarters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
15–20 years of progressive experience in finance
Prior experience in MNC environment
Matrix reporting experience
Multi-entity structure (Operating + Shared Services)
Strong expertise in financial governance and compliance
Deep understanding of accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS)
