About the role
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and tooling solutions
- Lead automation and continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Drive smooth industrialization of new products to serial production
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Work Instructions
- Analyze production data, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Optimize process layouts, capacity, and workflow to ensure operational stability
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure robust and reliable processes
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
- Strong understanding of machining, parts production, and automation processes
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Knowledge of PFMEA and Process Control Plans
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency level of English (written and spoken)
