About the role
- Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing process
- Ensuring machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality
- Regularly testing products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors
- Keeping detailed records of production processes and any issues encountered
- Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and addressing any safety hazards
- Identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience with operational procedures and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred
