About the role
- Establish our Business Intelligence function from the ground up as a founding BI Engineer
- Responsible for the full spectrum of BI delivery — from extracting data from source systems to delivering insights through interactive dashboards
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions
- Write production-quality SQL and Python code
- Drive towards data quality and reliability
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Learn and adapt to new technologies rapidly
- Collaborate within small, autonomous engineering teams and contribute to technical excellence
Requirements
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines from multiple source systems
- Experience creating business dashboards that drove decision-making
- Experience working in collaborative, small team environments
- Demonstrated learning agility with new technologie
- Ability to write production-quality SQL and Python code
- Comfortable working as a founding member of a lean, high-impact team
