About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on our Campus program.
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate-related logistics throughout the recruitment process.
Write job postings and help publish them on our recruitment platform and LinkedIn.
Contribute to the preparation of Talent Acquisition presentations and internal documents.
Welcome on-site candidates and support studio tours when needed.
Support recruitment events, employer branding activities, and intern onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in recruitment or coordination, campus recruiting, human resources, or event organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable interacting with candidates and internal teams.
Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional proficiency in both French and English.
Strong interest in the video game industry and creative environments.
