About the role
- Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases
- Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress
- Review reports and session notes
- Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes
- Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques
Requirements
- BCBA certification from the BACB
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
- Ability to complete assessments and reassessments in person
