About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide parent training and case supervision, with no direct therapy hours required
Conduct ABLLS, AFLS, and VB-MAPP assessments
Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes
Work in a fast-paced clinic environment
Perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Occasionally lift or move up to 15 lbs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred
Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Ability to follow BACB ethical guidelines for BCBAs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling for extended or repetitive periods
Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 15 lbs.
