About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
- Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide parent training and case supervision, with no direct therapy hours required
- Conduct ABLLS, AFLS, and VB-MAPP assessments
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
- Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Work in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Occasionally lift or move up to 15 lbs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred
- Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to follow BACB ethical guidelines for BCBAs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling for extended or repetitive periods
- Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 15 lbs.
