About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with children
High School or Equivalent Education
Valid Driver's License
Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email
Reliable transportation/car; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation
Physically and actively able to participate in all aspects of ABA therapy
Ability to assume kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing postures while working with children with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems
Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work
Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4–5 hours per day within that window
Specific schedules assigned based on client needs
