About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with children
  • High School or Equivalent Education
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email
  • Reliable transportation/car; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation
  • Physically and actively able to participate in all aspects of ABA therapy
  • Ability to assume kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing postures
  • Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work
  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
  • Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4–5 hours per day within that window
