About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Sales and CPQ modules
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Sales for lead-to-opportunity management, sales forecasting, territory management, and sales dashboards
- Configure and customize Oracle CPQ for product configuration, pricing rules, quote/proposal generation, and approval workflows
- Support migration of Salesforce processes, objects, and data structures to equivalent Oracle Fusion capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sales/CPQ with Order Management, SCM, Subscription Management, and Installed Base
- Participate in data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation using SQL/PL-SQL
- Design, test, and troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud integrations
- Conduct workshops, functional design sessions, and user training
- Support unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing and defect resolution
- Document configurations, process flows, and technical specifications
- Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–9 years of work experience
- 5–7 years of CRM/CPQ experience
- Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Sales (Sales Cloud)
- Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle CPQ
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and lead-to-opportunity business processes
- Experience with data migration and cutover activities from Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms to Oracle
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations and technical specifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
