Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for recruitment and selection, with proven experience in the field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with online recruitment platforms and assessment tools.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Creativity and an innovative spirit to think outside the box.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
