Requirements
- One-year experience as a broker/transportation solutions provider (or similar) with an established customer base\n
- Entrepreneurial mindset desiring full range support for building your book of business and maximizing your potential\n
- Excellent customer service and effective communicator\n
- Excel at managing relationships with customers\n
- Savvy at negotiating rates based on market conditions\n
- Motivated and skilled sales person driven to build your book by acquiring new customers and carriers daily\n
- Creative thinker who enjoys a competitive, team-based atmosphere\n
- Strong multi-tasker adept at navigating multiple computer systems\n
- Experience using CRM and TMS systems (McLeod)\n
- Familiar with KPI’s as a measure of performance and accountability\n
- Must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday\n
- Driven by a high moral and ethical compass
