About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage and coordinate a remote team of approximately 15–17 employees.
- Recruit motivated employees to join the team.
- Maintain relationships with business partners.
- Optimize sales, costs, and points of sale.
- Oversee space and assortment planning, profitability control, and visual merchandising.
- Strategically manage the district and ensure smooth process workflows.
- Act as the link between the team, the National Service Center, and concession partners in the Lüneburg district, which comprises 300–350 points of sale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or in a comparable position, preferably in retail.
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
- At least 2 years of management experience, including experience with hiring, employee discussions, and terminations.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
