About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the face of beeline while traveling throughout an assigned territory
  • Own a market of approximately 5–20 retail locations within roughly a 25-mile radius
  • Report to a District Manager
  • Travel throughout Denver and surrounding district areas, including required overnight travel
  • Train and mentor peers, especially new merchandisers
  • Cover point-of-sale responsibilities throughout the district
  • Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards to drive profitable sales
  • Monitor market activity and keep the District Manager informed
  • Build relationships with store employees and management to maximize sales and fixture placement
  • Merchandise current fashion jewelry and accessory trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license; in metropolitan markets, an exception may be considered with Supervisor approval
  • Proof of insurance and vehicle registration; valid license, insurance, and registration will be regularly verified
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel
  • General availability to train during daytime business hours
  • Comfortable with technology and access to the internet and an email account
  • Ability to work effectively without extensive supervision
  • Ability to train others
  • Energetic, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions when needed
