About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You create the collection framework for our product categories.
- Together with Product Management, you develop collection concepts and are responsible for elaborating the collections in cooperation with the Creative Buying team.
- You develop the seasonal plan in collaboration with the Creative team and Planning & Allocation.
- Within seasonal planning, you coordinate the allocation of our collection themes across merchandise carriers (customer profiles).
- You independently perform product and collection analyses and derive actionable recommendations.
- Based on the collections, you work with the Visual Merchandising team to develop product presentation.
- You actively monitor trends and competitors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in business or a related field.
- Initial relevant professional experience in buying, design, or jewellery — preferably with experience in fashion jewellery for the premium jewellery and/or accessories segment.
- Strong communication skills: you are comfortable speaking fluent German and English.
- Proficient user of the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- A team player with strong organizational skills.
- A knack for effective negotiation.
- A passion for fashion and a preference for a relaxed company culture.
