About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the recruiting team in day-to-day operations and projects.
- Conduct interviews as well as schedule and coordinate candidate meetings.
- Support national and international managers in using new recruiting processes and systems.
- Deliver trainings and workshops related to the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
- Interest in recruitment, HR processes, and digital HR tools.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in guiding and supporting others.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
