About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the payroll execution and systems for beeline, North America
- Coordinate with international partners as required
- Report to the Director of HR Operations and supervise 1-2 team members overseeing Payroll
- Support local and global HR systems enhancements
- Ensure compliance with federal/local legislation and internal Company policies
- Achieve seamless transfer of payroll data with timely and accurate systems interfaces
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll department
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Solid knowledge of SAP
