About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

With your commitment you will not only bring structure to our financial statements – with your sense of responsibility and attention to detail you ensure that our accounting is reliable, transparent and meets deadlines.
You are an important point of contact for internal and external partners and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Comprehensive accounting support for companies within the beeline group.
Independently posting all necessary business transactions.
Recognition and booking of provisions and accruals/deferrals.
Posting of supplier invoices (accounts payable) and reconciliation of creditor accounts.
Carrying out smaller internal team projects and supporting management on larger international projects.
Acting as the contact person for tax advisors and auditors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk), financial accountant or equivalent and at least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting.
Independent and reliable working style with a strong solution orientation.
Enjoy working in a team and direct contact with people.
Good English skills and experience using SAP are an advantage.
