About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support your Key Account Managers with all organizational, analytical and administrative tasks, such as: customer acquisition from market scouting to initial contact,
  • ensuring a smooth flow of information between external sales partners and internal specialist departments,
  • preparing presentations and sales analyses,
  • handling expansion planning, contract negotiations and managing contract administration,
  • openings and closures of stores and ensuring the related processes.
  • You are responsible for preparing sales information (for example: sales figures, delivery dates, promotions and location analyses) and ensure that all interfaces receive the required information.
  • You regularly participate in meetings with our external sales partners or internal specialist departments, such as steering calls.
  • You are also responsible for the preparation and follow-up of various meetings and for sending meeting minutes to the relevant stakeholders.
  • You are the backbone of the team, keep all threads together and actively support internal projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree (in commercial, organizational or international fields) or a comparable vocational qualification.
  • Ideally, initial professional experience (e.g. through internships) in an internationally operating company.
  • You are an Excel expert and enjoy creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Due to the international nature of our company, very good English skills are a must.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • You enjoy working independently and in a structured way.
  • You are a communicative personality and enjoy regular interaction with our business partners and your beeline colleagues – also in an international environment.
