District/Area Manager
beeline Group (Fashion Accessories)District Manager managing a team in the Kassel/Göttingen area for beeline. Responsible for sales optimization, team coordination, and business partner relations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You independently lead and coordinate a remote team of more than 19 employees.
- You recruit motivated employees for your team who serve as the face of beeline in the stores of our concession partners.
- With your strong communication skills, you maintain relationships with our business partners.
- You optimize sales, costs and points of sale (POS).
- You are also responsible for space and assortment planning, profitability control and visual merchandising.
- You maintain the strategic overview of your area and ensure smooth process flows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, District Manager or in a comparable position, preferably in retail.
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in business administration.
- You have at least 2 years of leadership experience; hiring, employee appraisals and terminations are familiar to you.
- You can communicate in English to participate in international projects.
- You are proficient with the MS Office suite.
- A driver's license and willingness to travel.
