About the role
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience on Beekman1802.com, including merchandising, content strategy, QA, staging, and creative reviews.
- Lead homepage updates, campaign launches, and page optimizations to ensure consistent, high-impact brand storytelling.
- Own daily and weekly merchandising strategies and A/B testing to drive conversion, AOV, and UPT, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
- Manage the ecommerce marketing calendar and ensure flawless execution of promotions, banners, popups, and CRM/ad support across channels.
- Oversee the setup, testing, and launch of all site promotions and product drops, ensuring compatibility and optimal UX across devices and browsers.
- Lead QA efforts for sitewide campaigns, email launches, and promotional assets to maintain a high standard of accuracy and performance.
- Partner with Finance, Planning, and Leadership to manage sales forecasts, demand planning models, and promotional calendars to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze performance trends and customer behavior to optimize inventory, inform promotional strategies, and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage A/B testing and UX enhancements to improve engagement and conversion.
- Own the development roadmap in partnership with the agency, prioritize site enhancements, and ensure timely resolution of bugs and technical issues.
- Manage creative briefings for brand.com, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Review and approve creative assets and oversee the accurate and timely publishing of content across the site.
- Maintain and distribute updated marketing calendars to Digital, Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends through webinars, industry journals, and competitive analysis.
- Recommend innovations that enhance the customer journey and elevate the brand’s digital presence.
- Manage collaboration with Marketing, Creative, IT, and Operations to execute company-wide initiatives in the digital space.
- Lead coordination of digital support for marketing campaigns, including email strategy, creative briefs, messaging concepts, and deployment timelines.
- Ensure that all new products, content assets, and site features are properly staged, scheduled, and tested prior to launch.
Requirements
- 4+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably in the beauty or consumer-packaged goods space
- 2+ years managing DTC operations on Shopify Plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading teams and external agencies
- Strong project management, PM tools (like Asana and Monday), and multitasking skills in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with NetSuite, Avalara, Celigo, and other eCommerce management tools is a plus
