About the role
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including: Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments
- Revenue and margin analysis
- Working capital analysis (NWC) and net debt considerations
- Customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses
- Review clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling
- Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation
- Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams
Requirements
- Manager-level experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD / QoE (or equivalent deal-focused experience)
- Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments
- Strong Excel skills (large datasets, pivots, modeling, reconciliations)
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
- Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client-ready output.
