The Small Business Focus Tax Supervisor will oversee tax planning, compliance, and strategy for a portfolio of small business clients.
A portion of the client base will be in the dental, medical, and veterinary industries.
This is a permanent (W-2) opportunity with an ASAP start date.
The work can be done remotely but candidates need to be in one of their Ohio locations or in the Gilbert/Phoenix area to be able to occasionally go on site to work with a manager.
The Tax Manager will review tax returns, ensure clients are compliant with tax regulations, and identify opportunities for tax savings.
A key part of the role will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized guidance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, ability to review basic bookkeeping work, along with a deep understanding of small business tax laws and strategies.
Candidate Qualifications include bachelor's, CPA, 4-5 years experience, supervisory experience.
