About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up and optimize B2B performance campaigns — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads with a focus on outbound lead generation and measurable CAC/ROAS
  • Architect outbound lead campaigns — audience segmentation, ad messaging for B2B decision-makers, and connecting sequences between paid channels and the CRM
  • Build clean HubSpot attribution — implement UTM tracking, GA4, conversion events, and fully anchor multi-touch attribution in HubSpot
  • Implement SEO & GEO — integrate technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization as the organic counterpart to paid
  • Actively integrate AI tools into the workflow — accelerate campaign analysis, audience insights, and reporting with LLMs and AI agents
  • Build reporting and dashboards — not for show, but so decision-makers can see at the push of a button what the pipeline costs and what it delivers
  • Help shape RoaaS delivery — work on ongoing retainer mandates and build solutions that flow into the BEE AI Revenue HUB as templates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expert-level SEA is a must — Google Ads as a core competency: campaign structure, bidding strategies, Quality Score, conversion tracking. You will manage budgets independently
  • Expert-level LinkedIn Ads — account-based marketing, decision-maker targeting, Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms. You understand the differences between B2B and B2C targeting
  • B2B lead generation experience — you know the difference between B2C performance and B2B decision-maker campaigns. MQL, SQL, CAC are not buzzwords to you
  • AI in the daily stack — you use LLMs, prompts and AI assistants productively, not as toys
  • Analytical mindset — you read data, draw conclusions and adjust campaigns based on data without waiting for agency briefings
  • German at native level — you communicate directly and clearly, no marketing bingo
  • Nice to have: basic HubSpot knowledge — you can handle contacts, deals, lists and reports; deeper architectural knowledge will be learned on the job
  • Basic knowledge of SEO & GEO — you understand what generative search engines change and how that affects the paid/organic mix
  • n8n or an interest in automation — if you want to automate workflows instead of clicking manually, you’re a perfect fit
