About the role

  • Own end-to-end operational strategy and execution across all U.S. markets, ensuring alignment with global standards and client objectives.
  • Translate centralized frameworks into scalable, executable plans across multiple cities, venues, and match environments from development through wrap.
  • Establish standardized workflows, documentation, and reporting to ensure consistency and operational visibility.
  • Drive contingency planning, risk mitigation, and escalation readiness across markets.
  • Design national staffing models aligned with match cadence, demand, and operational complexity.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and deployment across U.S. regions.
  • Develop and execute logistics and asset strategies including transportation, inventory tracking, deployment, and replenishment.
  • Ensure operational readiness across all venues, including load-in, resets, and strike.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into staffing, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Serve as the executive U.S. operational partner to clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Maintain strong communication with regional leadership, venues, and local partners.
  • Lead escalation pathways, decision-making, and performance reviews.
  • Support reporting, KPIs, and continuous program optimization.
  • Oversee U.S. production budgets, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and cost discipline.
  • Monitor projections, manage scope shifts, and support financial reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with venue, security, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead safety, credentialing, and crisis-response planning.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and operational excellence.
  • Build scalable systems, drive process improvements, and report learnings for future programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, or large-scale production, with proven leadership on complex, multi-market or global activations.
  • Experience building operational and project plans from RFP, RFI, and development phases through execution.
  • 4+ years managing direct reports and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of integrated and 360 marketing environments, including digital, social, media, and influencer activations.
  • Deep expertise in project management, process design, and large-scale ops systems.
  • Extensive experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, and budget oversight, AV, broadcast, staffing, talent, venues, hospitality, and logistics.
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented leader with exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Notion.
