About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are our hands, eyes and ears with our clients
- You conduct structured workshops with our clients, analyze their requirements and jointly develop an individual implementation plan
- You deploy OpenCelium and DataGerry at our clients and configure them precisely for each environment
- You communicate your findings in a structured way within the company and work closely with development, marketing and sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confident handling of Linux, APIs, networking fundamentals and system integration — you don't have to be a developer, but you know where the screwdriver is
- The ability to run workshops in a way that keeps participants engaged and not secretly checking their emails after 20 minutes
- Strong communication skills in German and ideally English — with our clients as well as within the team
- Structured, self-driven working style — remote for us means: you organize yourself, we trust you completely
