About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive the global sales strategy for Yarns, aligned with divisional goals and profitability targets.
  • Translate strategy into clear, measurable sales plans and ensure disciplined execution across regions and segments.
  • Accelerate growth in contract flooring and automotive markets with major international customers through a structured key account approach and strong customer partnerships.
  • Strengthen the sustainability-focused product offering in close collaboration with Business Development and R&D teams.
  • Protect and expand core business, with focus on residential customized segments, particularly in Australia.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing international sales team, setting clear objectives and strengthening accountability and collaboration.
  • Take ownership of key customer relationships and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a structured market intelligence and pricing framework to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Drive commercial excellence by improving processes, tools, and performance management, leveraging best practices and COMEX methodologies.
  • Strengthen customer-centricity across Sales and Customer Service, ensuring customer needs translate into effective solutions and service excellence.
  • Act as a strategic partner within the Yarns Management Team and represent Beaulieu in relevant industry forums and customer engagements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a commercial, business, or technical field.
  • Proven track record in international sales leadership, ideally within an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing global commercial strategies and key account management.
  • Solid financial and business acumen with focus on revenue growth, margin, and EBITDA.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to coach teams and drive performance across regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market intelligence, pricing strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
