About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop practical solutions and methodologies to improve operations
Implement and optimize systems such as MES and data mining to ensure efficient, reliable processes
Contribute to technology-driven projects
Support production in preparation, process development and optimization to ensure stable quality
Coordinate manufacturing requirements and conduct operational walkthroughs
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them where relevant

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold an engineering degree
You bring a first experience in a production or industrial environment in a similar role
You have a solid understanding of production processes, technology and continuous improvement tools
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, project management or business process management is a plus
You are hands-on, analytical and a strong problem solver
You communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders across sites
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English.
