About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Stand-up the deployment, standardization, and adoption of project controls systems
- Provide technical guidance across the Controls team
- Implement a comprehensive cost control system
- Translate estimates and execution plans into proper budgets
- Collaborate with the General Contractor and EPC partners
- Maintain forecast cash-flow alignment
- Collaborate with delivery and development teams
- Support budget requests
- Ensure schedule and earned value systems are in sync
- Actively QC project controls data
- Develop effective reporting metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree(s) in Construction Management or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years supporting large capital projects
- Must have served in a formal Lead or Manager accountable role
