About the role

  • Coordinate and provide day to day support across a range of National Business Services projects, including business, process, and technology initiatives.
  • Deliver high quality project administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Support digital application initiatives through coordination of rollouts, user enablement, communications, and ongoing administration.
  • Liaise with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to assist with system issues, enhancements, access management, and licence coordination.
  • Conduct regular user and access reviews for cloud-based applications and maintain quality documentation in line with governance requirements.
  • Support training and change activities, including preparing guidance materials and coordinating sessions for new or enhanced tools.
  • Coordinate updates and maintain Intranet content, and escalate any issues where required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator or project support role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable supporting projects with a digital or technology component, with a willingness to learn new systems and ways of working.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative and solutions focused approach.
  • Well‑developed business writing skills, including experience writing concise reports for business leaders.
  • Experience supporting process improvement and change initiatives, including successfully championing the adoption of digital technologies, will be well regarded.
