About the role

- Analyze complex tax issues for designing tax-efficient structures
- Collaborate with team members on fund management

- Contribute to business development in private equity consultations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed CPA designation or LLB
- Completion of Master of Taxation or CPA Canada
- At least 6 years of experience in professional services focusing on Tax
- Experience within M&A transactions
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Team leadership experience
