Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, Operations Lead, and Tax Senior Leadership Team
- Support the implementation and coordination of national projects
- Manage and report on key operational metrics and KPIs
- Build and maintain cross-business and functional relationships
- Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience within a professional services firm
- University degree in Business Administration or related field of study
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and change management
- Comfort working with data, reporting tools, and business insights
